Internet Secrets Revealed!

When I got the invitation from one of my mentors to attend a 4 day 'internet secrets seminar' with Andrew and Daryl Grant I was kind of in two minds. The idea of spending a long weekend inside listening to a bunch of people talking about marketing strategies didn't have much appeal. On the other hand I was drawn by the promise that a well know and extremely successful internet marketing couple would reveal their 'internet secrets'. Well curiosity won the day and I decided to go there on the first day (when the kids are in childcare anyway) and if I liked it I would turn up on the other 3 days. Well was I blown away by what I would say was a full day packed with the most amazing and detailed information. It began with an assessment of your own strengths and weaknesses in the process of setting up a profitable business on the internet.The first challenge for me was to rate myself on some key areas of internet marketing. Well, Andrew and Daryl Grant from 'Internet secrets' just kept packing it in. The days were packed with appropriate and great tips and strategies that included the following: - product development; - build a website; - how to be the best in your niche - write a bestseller; - write a successful sales letter, - as well as the power of joint ventures and - secrets of selling from stage. The presenters who were all experts on their topics included Bret Thompson, Mike Rhodes, Darren Stephens, Janet Beckers and Jo Martin. The subjects were all relevant to internet marketing and the presenting faculty members had the ability to capture our attention and imagination. The presentations were structured for the audience in a way to mirror what was taught and adjust it to our own niche markets. The final presentation by Paul Blackburn on how to remove your sub-conscious blockages in order to be successful in whatever you are doing gave us a glimpse of what changes were possible in all our lives. The whole weekend was an opportunity for networking either during breaks, lunches or the workshop dinner on the Saturday night. Everyone I met had a dream and for some this was their first step and for many it was a continuation on the path to financiall freedom. There will be lasting bonds between people who met during the workshop. The final seesion on the last day turned the theoretical knowledge into a real business plan. Everyone created a hands on detailed plan for the next year which included the goals and the actions needed to get there step by step.
