"Spirit Space" the documentary has just been released and I reviewed the DVD last night. If you have seen "The Secret" then you will have a pretty good feel for this DVD as the format is very similar. On the evolutionary highway, I would have released "Spirit Space" first as it fills in some of the gaps and answers some of the questions left behind by "The Secret." I don't believe either of the DVD's went far enough and the viewer is left with still more unanswered questions. "Spirit Space" rattles our cage a bit with a primer on Quantum Physics, reincarnation and death (crossing o...

King Darius had been tricked into signing a decree that meant no one could ask anything of anyone for thirty days. These men had reported Daniel as he was praying as he always did to God. Darius loved Daniel and did not want him hurt. All day long he worked hard trying to have the decree changed. The men said, “But it has been signed with the king’s seal. It is the Law of the Medes and Persians it can not be changed.” Finally the king gave the command that Daniel be taken and cast into the den of hungry lions. As the soldiers took him away, the king said to him, “Daniel, your God whom you...

Anger occurs when things don't go according to our expectations, for instance, when we expect people to be polite, and they are rude . Anger can also be a result of perceived loss of control over something that is important to us. Our anger is sometimes justified, because of other people's poor behaviour. However uncontrolled anger weakens us, and makes us lose focus on what is important. It is in our best interest to manage our anger. Anger itself is not a sin, but it can lead to a sin. Uncontrolled anger makes people lose the plot: Ephesians 4:26-27 - "Be angry, and do not sin": do not ...

An excerpt from, “Why Take a Boat When You Can Walk On Water”? Throughout time, man has struggled with his own destiny. Where, in the scheme of things does man fit in? What is the human condition and is man accountable for his own conditional state? Is there a God that administers man’s fate? Can man be successful in love and business and still have an intimate relationship with God? Should man be uplifted to the world? Is mankind enslaved to evil? There are so many questions that plagues the mind of man. I remember as a child I used to feel like an orphan, lost and forgotten. I had a...

Today let’s talk about fear and the devastating effect it has on people. Fear is the great enemy of man. It paralyzes the mind and results in reactive thinking. Everyone experiences anxiety at some time in their life and that’s to be expected. The fear we speak of is gripping fear, the type of fear that devitalizes us mentally, emotionally and physically. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. -John 3:16 This past Friday, I watched the move The Lake House on DVD. It was a romantic love story with a totally unrealistic plot. The impossibility of the storyline, however, didn't stop me from getting a little teary-eyed. Without going into the details of the movie, the whole premise was that true love overcomes every obstacle. At the end of the movie, the Holy Spirit reminded me that every Christian has his or her own love story. That love story be...

The story of the prodigal son as told by Jesus in Luke 15:11-32 is too long to quote here but also so well known that almost everyone acquainted with the Bible at all knows the story and the main thrust of the lesson taught there. However, there is one phrase in the account we do not talk enough about - the phrase “when he came to himself” found in verse 17. This verse marks the point in the young man’s life where his eyes were opened to the extent he could now see clearly what before had been hidden from his eyes and as a result repentance entered his heart. As the text says (NKJV), “h...

When you receive the Seal you will be considered good wheat sown in the Garden of God. However, the enemy is sowing weeds in the wheat field, and this is happening now in these last days of the End-times. Jesus taught the Parable of the Tares, where the Kingdom of Heaven was likened unto a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while the men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares, or weeds, in the midst of the grain. And when the blade came forth and produced fruit, the tares appeared also. So the servants asked the sower, "Lord, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Wher...
