Weeds Among The Wheat-Invasive Species In The End-times

When you receive the Seal you will be considered good wheat sown in the Garden of God. However, the enemy is sowing weeds in the wheat field, and this is happening now in these last days of the End-times.

Jesus taught the Parable of the Tares, where the Kingdom of Heaven was likened unto a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while the men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares, or weeds, in the midst of the grain.

And when the blade came forth and produced fruit, the tares appeared also. So the servants asked the sower, "Lord, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Where did the tares come from?"

The sower said, "A man--our enemy--did this."

"Should we go and gather them up?" The servants asked him.

"No," said the sower, "because if you gather up the tares you might root up some of the wheat. Let both grow together until harvest. When harvest comes we will gather together the tares and burn them but gather the wheat into my storehouse."

As Jesus explained, this parable is about people. The wheat are the people of God. And the tares are the people of the devil, the enemy. Today there are weeds among the wheat, people of the devil among the people of God.

But this parable is also of prophetic significance. With climate change, temperatures all around the world are rising. And with this change in climate come invasive species. They are invading places they never before lived and grew.

Invasive species are a threat to the living creatures of a particular area. Indeed, invasive species are today considered the biggest threat to the diversity of life in ecosystems around the world.

Diversity of life is needed because without diversity it will become more and more difficult to grow enough food. Diversity keeps an ecosystem alive. But invasive species do not really introduce diversity into an area.

Invasive species actually destroy diversity. They are a bigger threat to native biodiversity than pollution, harvest, and disease all put together. And the diversity is needed so the ecosystem survives.

Of course, the wheat the sower sowed is really an introduced species and could be considered invasive. It destroyed an ecosystem but it was grown to provide food for the sower and his servants.

But with global warming, invasive species will threaten attempts to grow enough food and also to catch enough fish to feed the vast population of the earth. And according to Jesus in these last days less and less can be done about it.

The sower wanted the tares to keep growing so he would not root up any wheat with them. So Jesus tolerates the children of the enemy so He does not uproot any of the children of His Father.

And this too has prophetic significance, for it means Jesus has predicted that invasive species like the weeds among the wheat will eventually become too great a burden to fight anymore, and they will significantly reduce the harvests of precious food.

When you are sealed you will be sown as a wheat seed, a child of God. You will have the Name of God written upon you and belong to Him. And you will tolerate children of the enemy among you when you receive the Seal.
